With over 30 years of experience, JD Druskinis has established himself as a respected leader and driving force in the commercial construction industry. His impressive portfolio includes the successful management of more than $850 million in construction projects, totaling over 25 million square feet of space across the United States. From large-scale developments and build-to-suit projects to tenant improvements and small-scale renovations, John has consistently delivered high-quality results across a broad range of business sectors.
JD is known not only for his deep technical knowledge and sharp project oversight but also for his unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Muqing “Tony” Liu, Ph.D.
Vice President of Operations
Tony is a seasoned construction and real estate development executive with over a decade of diverse experience across high-rise residential, luxury hospitality, commercial, and infrastructure projects, with a total development budget of approximately $2 billion.
Tony’s project portfolio spans key U.S. markets, including New York City, Jersey City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. He has led projects from pre-construction through completion, overseeing various construction management and development activities across all phases of the development lifecycle.
He also brings prior experience executing mergers and acquisitions in the U.S. engineering and construction sector, further strengthening the firm’s strategic capabilities. Tony holds a Ph.D. in Construction Management from Columbia University, where he also earned Master of Science degrees in Construction Management and Operations Research.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, Tony is known for his cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence in delivering large-scale, high-stakes development projects.

Kirk Admire
Senior Director
Kirk is our Senior Director for the Midwest. He continually builds on his diverse background rooted in architecture to excel in project scope development, design phase leadership, construction, risk assessment, and overall “concept to occupancy” project management. Core to his values is earning your trust through “roll your sleeves up” problem solving, relationship building, honesty, integrity and respect.
EXPERIENCE
Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign. He is a licensed Architect-State of Illinois. Kirk has 30+ years in the design, construction and real estate construction community representing building ownership and tenants. Career experience includes office, retail banking (ground up, in-line and end-cap), MEPFP infrastructure replacement, campus wide construction programs, data center/critical environment infrastructure replacement, light industrial, interior renovations, building damage assessment, and envelope water infiltration issues.

Tariq Mahmood
Director
Tariq Mahmood is a seasoned construction Director with a distinguished track record of delivering complex residential and commercial projects across New York City. With expertise spanning over two decades, he has successfully led operations for large-scale commercial developments, tenant fit-outs, and major infrastructure projects with contract values reaching $200 million.
Tariq is recognized for his strategic leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary teams—including consultants, contractors, and vendors—while maintaining rigorous control over budgets, schedules, and quality. He is highly skilled in value engineering, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising design intent or performance.
His end-to-end project experience encompasses all phases, from pre-construction planning and buyout through to project close-out and securing the certificate of occupancy. With core competencies in general construction, pre-construction planning, BIM integration, risk management, and real estate development, Tariq ensures optimal execution and return on investment for stakeholders.
Tariq holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from the New York Institute of Technology and is committed to delivering excellence on every project through innovative thinking, disciplined management, and unwavering client focus.

Michael Branca
